这是一间普通的办公室，有人在聊QQ、MSN，有人在联系客户。很特别的是，他们来自不同公司，只租用一张简单的办公桌，每月支付500～800元，共享办公空间、办公设备甚至文秘。
近来，一种全新的办公模式“联合办公”正在杭州SOHO一族中逐渐兴起，不同行业背景的SOHO族们聚在同一屋檐下，租用办公桌“拼房”办公。
每天上午8点多，作为杭州一家翻译公司的经理，陈星都会早早拎着公文包到位于朝晖路中山花园一幢写字楼的办公室里上班。
陈星的公司，固定员工只有他和一名负责财务的合伙人。“翻译公司很多业务都是通过兼职的翻译人员完成的，并不需要太多固定员工。”两个人还请前台接待员？陈星告诉记者，这个办公室内将近20张办公桌容纳着10多家公司，大家合租一个办公室，共同分享办公场地、办公设施以及前台服务。
王刚是上海某通讯公司员工，两个月前才到杭州开设办事处。“办事处也就我一个人，业务基本都可以在网络上实现，如果单独租个办公室，工作孤单又显得浪费。”他最终也选择租一张办公桌，还为公司省下了一笔办公成本。有助提高效率 还能相互交流“充电”
采访过程中记者了解到，目前在杭州，像陈星这样的联合办公一族越来越多。Calvin是一名外贸接单员，工作基本上都通过电话和网络联系，并不需要固定的办公场所。因此，以前他是纯粹的SOHO一族，长时间在家办公，逐渐让他成了一名宅男，与外界的交流越来越少，心理状况也越来越差。
“朋友在网上看到有个招租的帖子，可以单独租一张办公桌，跟不同行业、不同公司的人一起上班，觉得挺新奇的，就去试租。”于是，Calvin就把自己的办公场地从家里搬到了城西古荡的一间民居里。而他身边的几张办公桌上，坐的都是跟他情况类似的SOHO族。
“看到大家都在忙业务，有紧迫感，工作效率比以前在家高了很多。”Calvin表示。从事信息咨询业务的王小姐也表示，“联合办公室”里的工作氛围是最吸引她的地方，宽松和谐，没有公司总部的紧张气氛，大家周末还会组织到玉皇山等地爬山。同时，不同职业背景的人还会传授一些平常接触不到的知识。
以办公桌为单位出租 有团队正在掘商机
“目前上门咨询和租赁办公桌的人越来越多，这种模式越来越被SOHO族和创业型公司所接受。”中山花园这间“联合办公室”的负责人张小姐告诉记者，团队以前的主业是IT，老板从上海和国外了解到这种新鲜模式的雏形，2年前开始尝试在杭州运作。
“当时杭州还没有这种租办公桌的模式，很多人还觉得SOHO是很潮的事，所以一开始没什么人租，亏的。”运作2年多来，这个团队目前已有两间办公室出租，面积超过400多平方米，有近30家创业型和微型公司入驻，基本上以IT、广告、平面设计等行业为主。
Clavin告诉记者，他们所在的小区周边，就有不少人专门将房子设计成分割出租的办公桌，租给无法在家安心工作的SOHO族们。
