国内办公家具无奈抄袭成风,自主品牌紧缺

在刚落幕的上海中国国际家具展上,中国家具协会下属《办公家具》杂志主编苏蓓告诉《第一财经日报》,目前办公家具企业过于分散,创新能力差,利润偏低,难以形成规模企业与龙头企业。“现在中国办公家具的产品价格,和国外差距5倍到8倍。”中国家具协会副理事长朱长岭昨日对记者表示,今年上半年,办公家具行业销售额上升20%~30%,与整个家具行业基本同步。但国内办公家具价值仍然偏低。
办公家具陷入价值困境
“拒绝内销”防抄袭
在展会上,不少办公家具展位悬挂着“拒绝内销”、“持邀请函的海外人士方可入内”字样的告示牌,主动屏蔽内销市场。朱长岭告诉记者,企业拒绝内销是为了防止被抄袭。
朱长岭介绍,事实上,办公家具外销不到其总量的20%,而且基本都是贴牌代工,极少有自主品牌。“有些企业热衷于做贴牌,自己根本就没有品牌价值。”苏蓓说。
“办公家具业进入门槛很低,质量良莠不齐,抄袭或者低价,没有形成很好的赢利模式。”上海富惠企业发展有限公司营销总监黄炳松显得很无奈。
尽管外国更衣柜有些企业经常投诉中国企业抄袭,但由于其产品没在中国注册,难以保护其专利权。“而且即使抄袭了式样,很多中国公司会做功能上的改进,所以执法非常困难。”朱长岭告诉记者,如果是国内企业发生抄袭,至多就是警告停止侵权,也没有实质办法。
保卫核心技术
市场份额分散是办公家具市场的现状。“在我们行业,营业额最大的公司所占的市场份额,也不足1%。” 诺梵(上海)办公系统有限公司(下称“诺梵公司”)总裁傅天承称,尽管上半年公司销售额达到30%的高增长,但仍不敢称是业内的“大”公司。
不过,傅天承表示办公桌并不怕抄袭,因为核心技术是很难仿制的。他指着眼前的桌子告诉记者:“这个桌子的各个部件,都有不同的工厂代工,我们提供模具,但是整体组装只有我们才能做,这需要很高的技术含量。”
邦正(中国)有限公司(下称“邦正”)也同样自信。“实业太累就甩给别人做。只有专利产品电动旋转插座由我们自己生产。”邦正项目总经理林沈阳透露该公司在全国共有六七十个代工,而2010年上半年公司销售额达到七八千万元,其市场总监贾雁称,尽管没有专利,但并不害怕新产品抄袭。
一些业内较大的企业已经意识到,必须拥有和保护核心技术。黄炳松透露,公司每年有至少10%以上的利润投入研发。而诺梵公司最近通过了美国高端认证机构Greenguard的验收,如今已有十多个专利。
朱长岭认为,办公屏风尽管存在抄袭,但有实力的大公司并不害怕,因为有些抄袭达不到要求,而反过来抄袭现象也会推动大公司努力研发,开发新产品。
